Position Overview

Success in this position hinges on consistent daily, weekly, and monthly activity to drive results and achieve acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, cultivate, and secure new clients to support business growth, focusing on individuals, corporations, and organizations.
- Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute strategies to connect with prospective clients, including cold calls, personalized emails, and networking.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong, meaningful relationships with potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services.
- Activity Tracking: Maintain a disciplined approach to daily, weekly, and monthly outreach activities, ensuring accountability and transparency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to align efforts and share insights on client trends and opportunities.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report progress toward acquisition goals, providing updates on new client onboarding and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven success in a business development, sales, or client acquisition role, with a focus on securing new relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve measurable results.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and client management tools is a plus.
