About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and cultivating valuable business partnerships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, and a consultative sales approach.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with our organizational goals and targets.
- Conducting market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers through engaging sales presentations and negotiations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, recruitment, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Preparing and presenting candidate profiles to hiring managers for review.
- Pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
- Providing timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in consultative sales and professional services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate persuasively at all levels.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to develop realistic action plans.
- Proven ability to work effectively in both team and independent environments.
- Driven to achieve revenue and gross margin production goals.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and HR software is a plus.
- Previous experience selling in the staffing industry is highly desirable.
