THE OPPORTUNITY
Thomson Power Systems, a RegalRexnord brand, has been a leader in electrical products for the Power Generation Industry for over 50 years. We seek a motivated ATS Business Development Manager to expand Automatic Transfer Switch sales across North America, focusing on New York.
YOUR MISSION
As a key sales team member reporting to the ATS Business Leader, you will drive the sales strategy and develop market channels. This role offers mentorship and the chance to build a strong sales channel in a growing organization.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Power Engineering preferred.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in Power Management.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
- Proven track record in strategic sales initiatives.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across North America.
Pay Transparency: Total on-target earnings range from $90,000 to $150,000 annually, based on experience and performance.
