Description:Job Description: Business Development Manager enabling Sales / Business growth to the existing and new customer in the Process Industry under Manufacturing Vertical.Responsibilities: • Understand Market Trends, Industry Trends, Customer Business, Transformation needs.• As an expert in process Industry, build and execute business plans to grow IoT and Engg business in process Industry• Work with clients to solve their business problems with right solutions, offerings • Engage with Presales, Solutions team to drive customer discussions to generate new business.Qualifications:Educational: -> Engineering Degree (Must – Chemical, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrument), Management Degree (Good to have)Competencies:• 15+ years’ experience in Process / Chemical Industry Domain, preferably working at a leading engineering and IoT Service provider• Experience in sales, presales and Business Development • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities• Experience working with Global Teams• Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Customer-oriented approach• Problem-solving aptitudeLocation: Open, preferably Mid WestSalary Range: $160,500-$183,933 a year#LI-KR2
