About the Job
We are currently searching for a Business Development Manager for our customer in the central/northern Texas area. This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing company.
You will handle sales of high-performance print-on-demand labeling solutions for product tracking and identification in the Electronics, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Device, Life Sciences, Transportation, and Industrial markets with durable label solutions for the most extreme environments.
Specialties include:
- High-Performance Labels,
- UV Flexographic, Digital, & Screen Printing,
- Heat Shrink Wire Identification,
- Warning & Instructional Labels,
- Ultra Chemical Resistant Labels,
- Graphic Design,
- Thermal Transfer Printing,
- Rapid Prototyping, and
- Auto-Apply Labeling Solutions.

- Technical Sales experience, preferably in material science, adhesives, printing, or labels
- Sales experience in the electronics, medical, automotive, food, pharmaceutical, or aerospace markets
- Hunter mentality, money-motivated, strong work ethic
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Ability to travel in territory up to 75% of the time
- Knowledge of engineering specs, PPAP's, etc.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or Engineering
