Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client needs are met.

• Utilize company software for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the staffing industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
• Proven track record of success in sales or account management, preferably within the staffing industry.
• Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficient in negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
