We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager for our Lexology Pro team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business and cultivating strong prospect relationships within your assigned territory. As a Business Development Manager, you'll execute full sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals, while exceeding individual sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Heavy prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities for a designated territory.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of Lexology Pro's suite of tools, industry, and competition to present value propositions to prospects to develop a sufficient pipeline and meet individual sales goals.
- Identify and develop strong relationships with all key decision makers and develops a deep understanding of the business needs for every prospect assigned.
- Execute full sales cycles, including lead-generation; discovery and goal setting; pricing, packaging, and positioning; RFP management; contract negotiating; and closing.
- Maintain and manage sales forecasting tools and reporting
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1-3 years of direct sales experience.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a pipeline with consistent performance against various KPI’s/sales metrics.
- Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and autonomously manage your time.
- Comfortable and resilient in conversations with business owners from all walks of life.
- High degree of self-motivation and drive, sufficient to act as independent business owner
- Think on your feet when faced with new challenges, tough conversations, or difficult questions.
- Always raise your personal bar. You can take feedback like a champ and implement it immediately.
