CTD Staffing: Business Development Manager
Increase CTD’s profitability by actively seeking and developing new business relationships, contacts and opportunities to meet CTD Sales goals while maintaining and expanding service offerings to current clients. Execute sales strategy, identify customer needs, and devise innovative solutions to those needs.
Account Manager will be asked to work with current client list to expand business as well as target other local companies for new business.
Develop New Business - Identify potential customers, make cold calls and engage in other prospecting efforts, create and present effective marketing materials. Use sales tracking and development software (Tracker) to track progress within the sales cycle and manage client contacts.
Develop Current Customer Base - Maintain current customer base through open communication and a commitment to service. Identify additional customer needs and offer innovative solutions to increase service provisions to current clients.

Hiring Manager chooses to interview and notifies Account Manager
Account Manager and recruiter work to schedule interview (phone or in person)
If in person interview locally, Account Manager will escort candidate to interview and introduce
If phone, Account Manager will coordinate phone call/skype
Account Manager will follow up with hiring manager
Placement Made/Rejected.
