Role and Responsibilities
- Dell - EMC experience a huge plus
- Drive New Business Development opportunities
- Identifying, developing and connecting with new leads
- Conduct daily prospecting activities including cold calling, email and social media prospecting
- Setup first time appointments for Business Technology Assessments with prospects
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around technology services
- Qualify new prospects uncovered through own lead generation and prospecting activities
- Engage in networking events on a regular basis
- Maintain a highly active sales pipeline
- Work with prospects to identify needs and recommend solutions to address those needs
- Engage with prospects throughout the sales process to close new deals
- Track all sales activities in CRM system
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of outside technology solution sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a Business Development role at an IT Managed Services Provider
- Successful proven track record of identifying and developing new business through prospecting and meeting sales quotas
- Exceptional appearance and presentation
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
- Experience in positioning and selling business solutions to new customers and new market segments
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- Experience managing opportunities and sales pipeline in a CRM application
Preferred Qualifications (not required)
- Knowledge of IT systems and processes
- Knowledge of ConnectWise PSA
- Substantial customer and referral network
- Multi-lingual
Base Salary + Commission
