Pay: $50,000-$60,000 base + annual commision potential of over $40,000!
Senior Helpers is seeking a sales-driven Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our agency.
Overview:
This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing business opportunities within the home care industry, forging partnerships, and expanding the agency's client base. The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional home care services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and potential growth opportunities in the home care industry.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and acquire new clients, including individuals in need of home care services, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other referral sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, social workers, case managers, and other relevant professionals to generate referrals and partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, families, and partners that highlight the agency's services, benefits, and commitment to quality care.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and community events to expand the agency's presence and establish valuable connections.
- Collaborate with legal and management teams if necessary to negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Track and analyze sales and business development metrics, prepare regular reports, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure all business development activities adhere to regulatory and legal requirements in the home care industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience preferred in sales and healhcare industry.
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Preferred strong knowledge of home care regulations, Medicare/Medicaid, and healthcare reimbursement processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
