Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct targeted field visits, attend networking events, and engage in community outreach to discover potential clients and generate leads.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Close Sales Deals: Utilize your persuasive skills to turn prospects into clients, achieving or surpassing monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers and other sales team members to ensure seamless communication and transition of client information.
- Monitor and Report on Sales Activities: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales progress, and outcomes, using our CRM system.
- Stay Informed on Market Trends: Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide Feedback: Share valuable insights with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve quarterly sales goals and revenue targets.
- Lead Generation: Demonstrate success in generating high-quality leads through field efforts.
- Client Engagement: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction from initial contact through the closing of sales.
- Sales Pipeline Growth: Contribute to the steady expansion of the sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, lead generation, or a similar role with a focus on client acquisition and relationship building.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales enablement tools.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
