Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in increasing our account base, securing new contracts with long-term care facilities, and expanding our business footprint. This role requires a proactive approach to growing the company’s portfolio and ensuring the satisfaction of our current accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with long-term care facilities throughout Ohio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Travel extensively within Ohio to meet potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to increase the company’s market share.
- Conduct regular visits to current accounts to maintain service levels and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Provide feedback from clients to enhance services and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Experience working in a nursing home setting or similar long-term care environment.
- Strong understanding of the mental health services landscape in Ohio.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel statewide.
