Business Development Manager - Medical Device Components at Apex Electronics Talent

Our client, a global oem of medical device components manufacturer is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their team!

Their products play a pivotal role in providing excellent care to patients around the world. Drive new business growth in assigned markets (or regions), establishing a beachhead in new segments while securing market leadership in our more established segments.

• Bring external experience in product, technology, and market trends to our customer base and internal teams.
• Utilize understanding of price, cost, and margin dynamics and leverage them to take market share from competition.
• Cultivate strong business relationships at key accounts and target accounts with key decision makers and technology leaders.
• Facilitate the inception and launch of new standard products and services.

• Proven track record of success in creating new business in sales or marketing role
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Marketing/Business
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales or marketing of electromechanical components or other technically oriented products.
• Experience or strong understanding of manufacturing methods and key business metrics.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel globally (up to 50%).

• Contract review experience.
• Master's degree in business administration or related technology field (preferred)
• Marketing such as creating press releases or product brochures.
• Pricing/costing experience.
