Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager, Managed Services is responsible for selling a variety of IT services and solutions. This includes Managed IT Services (MITS), hardware product solutions, professional services and security and cloud solutions. The right candidate will be an expert in maintaining good customer relationships and contributing to the continuous improvement of ELB US Inc’s IT Services. This position is for a high achiever with a demonstrated track record of success in prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and closing.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Interact & negotiate with customers and execute sales
Promoting the company's IT Services and introducing them to the market
Ability to research and develop marketing opportunities to understand consumer requirements and identify market trends, suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's development goals
Build strategic relationships to drive new revenue opportunities
Build relationships with large organizations strategically
Prospecting: Identify prospects inside and outside the customer base of ELB US Inc. Gain initial appointment, generally IT Manager, Business Owner, IT Director, or Principal
Client Needs Assessment: Determine customer pain points as it relates to management of their IT environment, technology, and technology assets. Conduct opportunity follow-up.
Present on benefits of ELB US Inc’s IT services. Describe benefits in terms of financial justification as well as improvement in quality, performance, and uptime.
Lead strategic discussions relative to IT strategies to a non-technical audience.
Gain a specified number of new accounts each month by effective telemarketing, networking and cold calling campaigns
Develop and track opportunities in the CRM.
Work with other divisions to participate in all cross-selling opportunities and to maximize selling potential within the company.
Work closely with management to refine outreach strategies and share insights from client interactions
Requirements:
Experience with IT Services to SMB and Enterprise
1+ year of IT Services and sales experience
Lives in (DALLAS/SOUTHERN CA)
Specific experience selling IT solutions, including Network Hardware, Managed Services and CyberSecurity Solutions along with relevant services is preferred.
Experienced in selling services across various departments
Has worked with technical leads, IT managers, directors, and business owners
Self-directed, adaptable and positive.
Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
Superior work ethic and high energy level.
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive professional relationships
Travel for local networking events and client engagements required
