We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in advancing our presence in both the luxury residential home and mixed-use facility sectors. We value candidates who have a comprehensive understanding of the Los Angeles market, encompassing luxury residential and mixed-use properties, along with knowledge of contemporary products, finishes, and new construction nuances.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury residential and mixed-use facility markets.
Build and maintain professional relationships with industry players, including interior designers, architects, and contractors, to broaden our network and client base.
Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury residential and mixed-use property design and construction.
Collaborate with our team of designers, architects, and craftsmen to ensure client satisfaction and project excellence.
Perform market analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities and keep abreast of sector developments.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in business development, ideally in construction or architectural world.
Extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles market, including an understanding of products, supplies, and finishes used in luxury residential and mixed-use developments.
