Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the federal government sector.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Represent Polar Field Services at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of success in federal government contracting.
- Deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and federal contracting vehicles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
