About the Job
- Strategic Business Growth: Assist with the development of new product categories, aligning efforts with Company's vision for innovation and growth; Consistently engage product teams for roadmap alignment and vision to build/partner strategy to ensure a sustainable pipeline of potential partner solutions
- Technical Product Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing automation platform functionality and product development life cycle; Provide internal and external technical guidance to key stakeholders ensuring full alignment through partner exploration
- Robust Partner Management: Oversee the lifecycle of strategic partnerships, from identification to negotiation, execution, and ongoing management; Ensure that these partnerships contribute positively to Company's revenue and strategic objectives
- Market Intelligence and Analysis: Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends, employing a data-driven approach to identify and seize opportunities in the evolving digital landscape
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams, such as product development, engineering, and sourcing, to align partnership strategies with product capabilities and market positioning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- A minimum 7 years of experience with direct experience in business development or partnerships in the technology industry
- Proven experience in managing and growing strategic partnerships, with a focus on product partnerships
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges creatively and efficiently, making the most of available resources to achieve business objectives
- A proven record of thinking strategically, with an innovative and goal-oriented mindset
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
