A long-time Cambridge business is hiring a Business Development Manager to direct daily operations and achieve business development goals. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $60K-$100K, excellent benefits, and perks, joining a welcoming and inclusive company.

- Develop and manage strategic business plans
- Initiate client relationships and follow up with new prospects
- Plan, coordinate, and direct daily activities of the business center
- Conduct performance reviews, make hiring, salary, and promotional recommendations, and provide training and development for staff
- Prepare and maintain the center's budget
To apply for this Business Development Manager job, you will need a Bachelor’s degree or related knowledge/skills gained through experience and 5+ years of management experience in a branch banking environment. Your skills and expertise should also include:
- 5+ years of business development experience in a retail banking environment
- Knowledge of retail banking compliance and experience with preparing/maintaining budgets
- Ability to register as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator as required under the S.A.F.E. Act
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to various locations
