As a member of the Business Development team, the Business Development Manager is tasked with overseeing all sales and business development initiatives for DWT's Specialized in the USA. This includes identifying new customers and generating leads within the wind industry, conducting regular travel for client and site visits, preparing bids/proposals, reviewing and negotiating contracts, as well as representing DWT at conferences and trade shows.

Cultivating and nurturing existing customer relationships while seeking opportunities for growth?
Contributing to the strategic development and direction of DWT in the USA?
Implement DWT’s sales strategies within the US market?
Executing DWT’s sales strategies within the US market?
Coordinating road shows and participating in trade shows/exhibitions to showcase DWT’s capabilities?
Serving as the primary contact for customers to understand their needs and identify solutions DWT can offer?
Ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction?
Are You Ready to:
Generating bid documentation required for tender participation.
Conducting market analysis and monitoring.
Expanding both new and existing business and enhancing the portfolio of offerings.
Creating and delivering presentations to customers and stakeholders.
Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions, and finalizing contracts.
Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on client investments and projects.
Utilizing DWT’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to track potential business opportunities.

What You’ll Need:
A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in sales
Preference given to candidates with knowledge of the wind industry or a technical background
Familiarity with the sales process and dynamics
Dedication to providing excellent customer service
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM tools
Valid Driver’s License
