Business Development Manager – Home Care Services
Location: Offices in all 5 boroughs - can report to one in borough residing in. HYBRID ROLE
Salary: $120,000-130,000/year
Are you a motivated and results-driven professional with experience in the home care industry? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and grow our home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement business strategies to drive home care service expansion.
- Lead Generation: Cultivate relationships with assisted living facilities, memory care facilities, geriatric care managers, neurologists, and other referral sources.
- Client Engagement: Respond to inquiries, conduct in-home assessments, and maintain family communication throughout the care process.
- Outreach & Promotion: Represent the organization at networking events, meetings, and presentations to promote home care services.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns.
- Market Insights: Monitor trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Performance Targets: Achieve and surpass sales and revenue goals through effective strategies.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients and referral partners.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of all activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in home care business development
- Established book of business and ability to generate leads.
- Knowledge of Medicaid and NYC’s home care industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and ability to work independently.
