Business Development Manager - Top Talent Consulting

We have an open position for an experienced Business Development Manager on our team.

Active AZ real estate license required. Please do not send your resume unless you have a current AZ real estate license.

This position is solely focused on bringing in new business accounts for property management. Minimum 2 years of sales experience required. No compensation ceiling on how much you can make with this position. Qualified candidates must have a positive attitude, be proactive, self-motivated, driven, & work well unsupervised. 

About us: 

Rosenbaum Realty Group began in 2012 as a husband & wife team, and we are a growing property management & residential real estate brokerage. We specialize in investment properties, multi-family & single-family property management, and we currently manage about 500 units. Over 60% of our units managed are in Mesa alone. The remaining are spread out valley-wide, but mostly consist in Phoenix, Tempe, and Apache Junction. About 80% of our doors are multi-family apartments, and 20% are single-family homes.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Contact incoming leads. 
• Running rental comparison & rental market analysis. 
• Network, develop, & nurture partner relationships with other Realtors & other lead sources.
• Capturing, cultivating and closing leads!

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have an active Arizona Real Estate License
• Has 3-5 years of experience in business development and sales in the real estate sector.
• Must share & value company core values of teamwork, integrity, respect, service-oriented, growth-oriented, healthy & positivity. 
• Qualified candidates must be positive, proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, driven, work well unsupervised, have strong computer skills.
• Familiarity with local and regional real estate markets, trends, and regulations.

Compensation: DOE & negotiable starting salary between $35K-$45K plus commission bonus structure.
