Business Development Manager/Freight Broker (Remote).

What does a Freight Broker/Business Development Manager Do?
- Manage and develop a client portfolio providing client cost savings while increasing profitability
- Sell and negotiate with mid-level management
- Manage client’s daily shipments
- Proactively communicate, providing excellent customer service. Identify & uncover organic growth opportunities within your client portfolio
- Continuously achieve Customer Sales Rep metrics and KPIs
- Negotiate pricing with clients and prospective clients
- Willingness to learn, grow and adapt to a changing industry
- Close deals with prospective clients
What qualifies me for this awesome opportunity?
- Ability to build and grow relationships
- PROVEN track record of success.
- 5 plus years of logistics brokerage sales experience
- Ability to persuade, motivate, and influence
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and persistent
