- Cold-call, build and maintain an active pipeline of New Logos (Net New Sales) of $15 Mn in new business on products & services, at all times
- Build and maintain prospect(s)/client(s) mapping (account mapping)
- Responsible for achieving quarterly and monthly revenue quota through engineering services to new prospects in US
- Managed Services Contracts
- Team Augmentation Contracts
- Expand business from New Logo business as the Account Owner
- Maintain accurate and reliable forecasts
- Maintains valid and reliable data on the Mindteck CRM on a daily basis
- Maintains a clear action plan for 30/60/90 days in terms of prospect outreach, incoming revenue, and future starts/roll-offs in team augmentation contracts
- Frequent prospect and customer visits to understand their business needs
- Ability to communicate prospect(s)/client(s) business needs to Practice Heads so that Solution Proposals can be appropriately prepared
- Facilitate the engagement of Mindteck Practice Heads and Sales Leaders with stakeholders/decision makers, at Prospect(s)/Client(s)
- Works with Sales Leadership for contractual terms and conditions
- Assists Practice Heads with the proposal and technical teams to ensure smooth hand-offs.
- Be the primary point of contact (POC) for customer issues and communicate effectively and efficiently with the Delivery Organization for resolution
- Technical Sales Experience, preferably selling into Storage, Medical devices, Analytical Instruments, Semi-con and IOT domain
- Able to engage prospects and customers in Embedded / Software / Digital services space
- Good technical skills in Digital and Embedded engineering and engage the potential customer with “consultative selling”
- Lifelong Learning attitude
- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Extrovert with the ability to engage with stakeholders within the company as well as at client(s)/prospect(s)
Minimum number of years of required experience for the position - 4 years
Minimum Education required for the job - Bachelor’s degree with Engineering, Scienceand Math as Primary subjects
