Overview:
The Regional Business Development Manager in the Northeast will lead the company's specialty materials segment. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales and profit growth for existing and new accounts.
• Initiating profitable product development opportunities.
• Understanding customer needs and collaborating with R&D.
• Creating account plans for key customers.
• Managing customer projects through lengthy sales cycles.
• Developing annual sales plans and budgets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 10 years of sales experience (5 in technical sales), strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills. Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
