Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet company growth targets.
- Identify and research potential clients and projects in the construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and tenders for new projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of securing new business and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
