Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a background in Data Center and/or Reverse Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the data center industry.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the data center industry.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units.
Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Represent company at trade association meetings to promote the product.
Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales and business development preferably within the data center industry.
Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business.
Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
Strong understanding of IDC and Network Equipment.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in drafting business proposals.
Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
15% travel required for this position
