Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BioPharma industry, focusing on partnerships, project engagements, and long-term client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform business strategies.
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive company growth.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Play a part in negotiations and manage contract development, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.
- Industry Representation: Represent Hart Engineering Group and HP Services at industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility and thought leadership.
- 7 years of experience in business development within the BioPharma or related engineering sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of the BioPharma industry and experience working with pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel within the New England region.
