Business Development Manager - Commercial Construction - Gables Search Group

This person would be vertical construction focused – hospitality, towers, multifamily. This role demands an individual who is an initiative-taker, loves a challenge, and remains customer-focused. You must be driven by objectives, eager to expand your knowledge, and intent on delivering superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on provided leads.
- Relationship development with building owners and property managers
- Lead generation and community networking
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Work with customers to sign contracts and turn them in for production
- Hit minimum weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals

- Great at building relationships with people.
- Exercises independent judgment and initiative and possess excellent analytical skills with a strong technical knowledge
- Computer savvy and capable of learning other computer applications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications:
- Self-Starter
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred, but not required
- Construction industry experience is preferred
- Previous sales experience is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
