V-Soft Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager for our client in Chicago.

Education and Experience:
• Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in business development and major accounts.
• Technical staffing experience, especially in IT, is highly preferred.

Skills:
• Strong sales experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
• Develop business plans using CRM (Bullhorn).
• Increase revenue through new and existing accounts.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams for timely delivery.
