Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will lead the delivery of sales results and build relationships with new and existing sales partners through account management, prospecting, and in-salon training and coaching.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Charismatic with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Consultative selling experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be highly organized, flexible, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Energetic and positive team approach
Experience:
- 2-5 years’ experience in the professional salon and/or beauty industry preferred.
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $55,000
- commissions & incentives.
- Paid vacation time.
- 401k with company match
- Paid mileage.
