About the Job
Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of
B2B partnerships. This individual will focus on developing relationships with
clinics, wellness centers, biohacking communities, and healthcare providers to expand
our market presence and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Identify and develop strategies to penetrate new markets
and strengthen relationships within the healthcare industry.
Partnership Development: Build strong, long-term relationships
with potential clients, including clinics, wellness centers, and health
organizations.
Sales; Outreach: Lead outreach efforts and present the company value
proposition to prospective partners, showcasing the benefits of our DNA-based
personalized health platform.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to
align on outreach strategies, client feedback, and product features that drive
customer satisfaction.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle,
from lead generation to deal closure.
Market Education: Develop and lead educational campaigns to establish
The company as a trusted resource beyond its cannabis roots, appealing to broader
wellness markets.
Performance Metrics: Track and report on business development activities,
ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales,
or account management within the health, wellness, or biotech industry.
Skills:
o Strong understanding of B2B partnerships and experience working with
healthcare providers.
o Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt in a fast-paced,
growing environment.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related
field (MBA preferred).
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, data analysis software, and digital
communication platforms.
Knowledge: Understanding of genomics, personalized health, and precision
medicine is a plus.
