Business Development Manager - Ultimate Staffing Services

Job Duties/Description:

• Demonstrate the ability to develop selling partners (Distributors, Dealers, and OEMs) by building partnerships and business relationships.
• Perform lead generation calls with the goal of scheduling productive sales appointments and reaching new prospects.
• Conduct web demos, prospecting/introductions, appointment setting, and proposal presentations to high-level stakeholders.
• Develop sales strategies and a territory growth plan to uncover new business opportunities and create plans to close deals.
• Identify new business opportunities within the Industrial Channels OEM Markets of the AQE Industrial Line.
• Employ a consultative approach with new customers.
• Show the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Be willing to travel as needed (e.g., trade shows).
• Handle a list of assigned accounts and incoming leads generated through marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of business development sales experience (must be a HUNTER!)
• Previous CRM software experience is required
• Experience in the industrial industry is a plus!

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $65,000 to $70,000 annually + Uncapped Commission (minimum FYE = $135K+)
• Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
• Location: 100% In-office (open to hybrid flexibility)
