We're rapidly expanding and need a clinically oriented business developer to identify and secure partnerships with skilled nursing facilities across the country. Your Impact role:
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy by forging essential partnerships with skilled nursing facilities. Your success will not only drive revenue but will also enhance the lives of countless patients in need of specialized wound care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Analysis: Dive deep into market trends to identify and assess potential partnerships with skilled nursing facilities within your assigned territories.
- Engaging Proposal Development: Create persuasive, customized proposals that highlight Skilled Wound Care's exceptional value and service offerings, tailored to meet the unique needs of each facility.
- Building Lasting Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers in skilled nursing facilities, positioning yourself as a trusted partner in wound care solutions.
- Achieving Targets: Set ambitious goals and drive performance to meet and exceed targets for new facility partnerships and revenue growth, contributing to our overall success.
- Collaborative Implementation: Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure the seamless implementation of services, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Thorough Record Keeping: Utilize our CRM system to maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions, ensuring transparency and fostering a data-driven approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience: 3 - 8 years of proven sales experience required; background in long-term care and wound care sales preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel locally and out of state 4-5 days a week is a must, as you'll be visiting key facilities and building relationships firsthand.
- Must have a reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary $80,000 - $90,000 DOE plus quarterly bonus
