Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ongoing customer relationships to proactively address potential issues.
- Sell products/services to existing and new customers.
- Manage the sales process from proposal to closure, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Track activities and maintain records of sales leads and account status.
- Collaborate with Finance to assess project performance and suggest proposal improvements.
- Communicate negotiation outcomes to internal teams, detailing expectations and timelines.
- Assist in budget development and pricing estimates for business proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business, science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in automotive.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong influencing and persuasion abilities.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel on short notice.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
