Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Residency required)
Role Overview:
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth objectives by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include fostering client relationships, showcasing our value proposition, and collaborating with various teams to achieve our collective goals. This position requires residency in Atlanta, GA, with travel within the Southeast region.
Responsibilities:
Lead the business development process, encompassing networking, lead generation, relationship building, pitching, and deal conversion.
Utilize market data and insights to inform strategic business development approaches.
Identify emerging trends and competitive landscapes to pinpoint growth opportunities.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies through targeted outreach campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and personalized interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and support lead generation efforts.
Evaluate potential business opportunities, including market expansions and strategic acquisitions.
Craft and deliver persuasive pitch decks and proposals to prospective clients.
Track budget utilization and provide regular reporting.
Proactively participate in relevant events, conferences, and meetings aligned with our growth strategy.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 7 years of business development and/or sales experience.
Understanding of the accounting and finance industry; experience in professional services consulting management preferred.
Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce platforms is advantageous.
Physical Demands & Travel Requirements:
Residency in Atlanta, GA, with estimated travel up to 25% within the Southeast region.
In-person interaction is essential; remote work from home outside of engagements.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range $75,000-$100,000, with quarterly commission and annual bonus opportunities.
Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, HSA match, 401k, and cell phone stipend.
