Growing real estate firm is looking to continue increasing its investment business and is adding roles throughout the marketing and acquisition process.
One key role is a Business Development Manager to help grow their network.
You will have full Company support and be on the front of the deal market in the Southeast. If you’re energetic and eager to be on the buy side of real estate transactions, this role could be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage key relationships with new retail equity investors
- Cultivate investor relationships and convert new investor prospects per deal launch
- Foster existing relationships with investor base by providing regular updates, in person connections, and host investor events to organically engage investors
- Actively participate in industry events
- Collaborate with the Marketing team for website and social media platform opportunities
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or other related major or equivalent experience preferred
- 5-10 years’ experience with investor relationship management and reporting preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
