Our client is a high profile, light industrial, staffing agency, hiring a Business Development Manager to grow business in the Marrieta region of Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of prior sales experience, along with experience in the staffing industry or a job placement organization.The BDM will identify potential customer leads, perform cold call activities, gain appointment’s and execute a sales funnel process through close.
How you will build your book of business:
- Represent the client organization throughout an assigned territory, manage accounts, or verticals to satisfy all customer staffing needs.
- Engage with local branch recruiters to ensure that customers’ orders are filled with the talent they need.
- Closes orders and ensure proper documentation is complete.
- Ensure sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development.
- Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability.
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process and during service delivery.
- Utilize sales tools, such as CRM and tracking tools for reporting and strategy activity.
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle, where you will be the single point of contact.
- Maintain a high level of visibility and communication with the customer to help ensure we’re providing exceptional customer service.
Your experience requirements:
- 2-5 years related sales experience;
- Sales experience in the staffing industry
- preferred Bachelor’s or associate degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources regulations for assigned territory.
- Knowledge of consultative selling
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make decisions
- Valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated with the ability to deliver on target goals
- Process driven with a systematic approach to improving sales
- Strong on execution with a level of ownership and accountability
- Strong communication skills and the gift of persuasion. Ensures all channels of communication are leveraged to drive seamless results and to build strong relationships – both internally and externally
- Bilingual language skills a plus
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proficient in using MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
