Location: Atlanta (Remote)
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for segments and clients, in alignment with company objectives.
- Create technical proposals for potential clients, showcasing solutions and value proposition.
- Identify and prospect clients that align with business strategy and target market.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and understanding their unique needs.
- Follow up on generated proposals, ensuring timely communication and addressing client queries.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments for each client, understanding their requirements and pain points.
- Work with operations management to ensure that execution team training requirements meet our customer’s needs.
- Support the operations team in managing the relationship of current customers.
- Keep business leadership informed by providing timely updates, relevant information, and key indicators.
- Participate in budget planning providing insights on client plans and investments.
- Support “horizontal” teams to define potential offerings and their business case.
- Work with partnership teams to establish joint plans for common clients/potential clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in successfully driving business growth and managing client relationships
- Pulp and Paper Industry Knowledge
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
- Preference will be given to those with a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the Engineering, Technology, and Industry 4.0 space
