Account Manger
First Tek, Inc., a leading IT Consulting Company has an opening for an Account Manager for managing its clients. We have built a reputation on servicing some of the biggest names in corporate and entertainment industries. We are searching for a communicative candidate who is proactive and passionate about the clients they serve. The Account Manager will act as a point of contact for our clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find opportunities to generate more revenue for the client and the company. Candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. They should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Account Manager Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
- Help clients through email, phone, Zoom/Google Meet and in person meetings (occasionally)
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our recruitment solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Join hiring manager syncs/ intakes to understand job requisition, ask questions, and support hiring needs
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Partner with MSP programs to support contingent staffing
- Responsible for working with the HR to onboard and integrate new clients, create SLA, and developing existing client relationships
- Provide data points on pay rate guidance
- Strategize on recruitment, post job, source, screen, interview, and submit candidates for review
- Negotiate job offers, onboard new hire, and conduct background check
- Provide contractor support with payroll issues, timesheet management, and contract related issues
- Consult, advise, and offer guidance to contractors from onboarding to end of assignment
Account Manager Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate ideas to clients
- Up-to-date understanding of the industry’s consumer behavior
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
- Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data
- Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
- Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
