LA Sales Recruiter is searching for a Business Development Representative to develop professional relationships with other companies within our industry for the purpose of generating new business channels and lead sources. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working in the wholesale lending market or developing broker networks. We are seeking professional sales executives/relationship managers to create and manage strategic partnerships in the financial industry. Candidates will be responsible for creating and managing partnerships to generate qualified leads for the alternative business funding industry, as well as manage and close the leads generated by managing partners. This is a high-level sales and management relations position. The candidate will play several key roles in a highly proven lucrative process. Description:
Source, build and manage deep mutual-beneficial partnerships with top regional credit card processing companies, to direct their current clients to the cutting-edge funding platform.
-Service existing partner accounts
-Negotiate contracts and payment structures
-Leverage key metrics to optimize and scale partner performance in an efficient manner
-Pre-empt partner needs; manage and develop tools instrumental to partner success
-Manage, consult, and close all clients (business owners) generated by partners, from inception to funding
Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients and business partners by utilizing your existing relationships or through cold calls and emails.
- Present our company to potential partner companies
- Build long-term trusting relationships with industry partners
- Develop a sustainable broker network
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Requirements:
- B2B CASH ADVANCE experience
-Experience In the finance industry not required but a huge plus
-Bachelor Degree (will consider non-graduates with a significant proven sales record)
-Basic Computer/CRM skills
-Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
-Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
-Track record of achieving sales quotas
-Experience working with the wholesale mortgage market or developing broker networks
-Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
-Understanding of sales performance metrics
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to deliver engaging presentations
