Position Summary:
Home Health Care Inc. is actively seeking a Healthcare Sales - Business Development Liaison! As an ambassador for our services, you'll connect with healthcare professionals throughout the Twin Cities, educating them on our 4-star in-home health services. Your role will involve consulting with community staff, clients, and their families to demonstrate why we are a top-10 home health agency, helping to meet their care needs and enrich their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of our market position, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Maintain a consistent presence within potential referral partners' locations, engaging with key decision-makers
- Kickstart the referral process with new or cold accounts by building relationships and educating Social Workers and Discharge Planners
- Follow up on referrals by consulting with clients and their families
- Prospect new business opportunities through calls, in-person visits, meetings, and events
- Build brand awareness and partnerships with other healthcare organizations in the community
- Serve as a consultant to clients, families, and communities, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions
Qualifications:
- Background in Healthcare Sales, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in prospecting and developing key relationships
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor and genuine enthusiasm
- High level of accountability for planning, execution, and follow-up
- Willingness to drive daily within the Greater Twin Cities metro area
