**Job Description: Business Development Executive**
As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and promoting our solutions to clients across North America. Your responsibilities will encompass:
**Lead Management:**
- Engage with leads provided through our CRM platform and self-generated sources.
- Re-engage with "dark leads" to understand their needs and potentially convert them into new sales opportunities.
- Promptly contact and qualify leads to assess their level of interest, potential value, and project timeline.
**Business Development:**
- Actively pursue potential clients through networking, trade events, marketing initiatives, and cold calling.
- Focus on key markets including College and Universities, Healthcare, Airports, and strategic industry influencers.
- Foster partnerships with consultants and solution providers to expand our reach and influence.
**Account Management:**
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities and gather valuable testimonials.
- Utilize client feedback and success stories to enhance our sales and marketing efforts.
- Leverage client relationships for referrals and references to potential prospects.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using technology and computer applications.
- Industry knowledge and network within higher education or healthcare sectors.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present effectively at conferences.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and creative problem solver.
**Additional Information:**
- Compensation includes a base salary plus commission structure.
- This is a remote position with travel expected for industry events, with travel and accommodation expenses covered.
