For our company site in North America we are looking for an highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our Anatomic Pathology and Life Sciences product portfolios in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the healthcare industry, with a focus on Anatomic Pathology laboratory diagnostics and life sciences.
Responsibilities:
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and competitors within the Anatomic Pathology and Life Sciences sectors.
• Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand our product portfolios and increase Inpeco’s market share in the US.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, laboratories, research institutions, and biotechnology companies. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.
• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Inpeco’s Headquarter to assess market needs and identify opportunities for new product development or enhancements to existing offerings.
• Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, including pricing optimization, promotional campaigns, and distribution channel expansion.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
• Market Expansion: Explore opportunities for geographical expansion and market diversification within the US, including potential partnerships or acquisitions.
• Reporting: The Candidate will report to the Managing Director of Inpeco North America, while providing regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to the Heads of Life Sciences and Anatomic Pathology portfolios at Inpeco Headquarters.
We are looking for candidates with these skills:
· Strong understanding of AP laboratory diagnostics, molecular biology, genomics, and related technologies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
· Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
· Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (estimated travel: 50%).

· Experience in collaborating with customer levels at Director level and above.
