The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, IT infrastructure, business development, and solutions selling. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.
- Identify new business opportunities, partner with potential clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored IT infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement effective solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to identify potential areas of growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies and materials to promote our IT infrastructure services.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide detailed reports on revenue, sales, and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, IT infrastructure, business development, or solutions selling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure services and solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive for success and a passion for sales and technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome challenges and obstacles.
