About the Job
We are looking for sharp, dynamic professionals who are searching for an intellectually rewarding sales challenge to join our Beauty, Health & Fashion team. This role is based in our Chicago office, working with our cosmetics, fashion and jewelry territories in North America. This space is a major growth engine for the company for the next ten years. The industries we are pursuing are underserved by the market research industry with significant information gaps, particularly in international markets.
We need a consultative sales person who enjoys calling into organizations, is intellectually curious and thrives on complex sales. The role will develop the clients’ needs, match and align those needs with the appropriate solutions, demonstrate our award-winning products and services and win new business. This career is demanding and it needs someone who is highly organized with an entrepreneurial drive to succeed.

Key responsibilities:
· New business sales and achieving sales targets
· Evaluate territory potential and prospect new accounts
· Develop strategic account development plans
· Develop and foster new relationships through high levels activities, including in person meeting and cold calling
· Conduct effective presentations
· Proposal writing and winning new clients
· Maintain effective internal communication
· Pipeline balance and management
· Achieving developmental benchmarks
Requirements
· Commercial awareness and self-motivated
· Knowledge or interest in international markets and market research
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
· Goal orientated, target driven and highly organized
· Able to work under pressure to produce results
· Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA will help accelerate your success
