The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and seizing new business opportunities. You will cultivate strong relationships and gain a thorough understanding of clients' key business strategies within assigned accounts. Working alongside a team of experts, you will design and implement innovative solutions that advance clients' business objectives.
Compensation: A base salary of $135K with potential earnings between $175k - $200k in the first year through commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their essential business needs and objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of solutions that align with clients' goals.
- Enhance customer loyalty and drive impactful corporate initiatives.
- Residence within the specified market area to meet hybrid work requirements.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years in B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies, with no more than 3 job changes in the past decade.
- Proven success in new business development within marketing solutions or professional services.
- Experience closing high-volume sales ($250k+ per sale) and managing diverse sales cycles (3 to 12 months).
- Compensation is primarily commission-based with significant earning potential.
- A four-year college degree is preferred.
