About the Job
SUMMARY
We seek a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our CCMC Business Development Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of homeowners' association (HOA) management services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and Generate Leads: This aspect of the job involves working closely and collaboratively with marketing to design lead generation tactics, strategies, and campaigns. Build a robust pipeline that is actively managed to deliver on quotas for new signings and business growth goals.
- Prospect Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients to showcase our services and value proposition.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Operations team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or community management. Track record of high performance in new business development.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel weekly as needed for on-site meetings at corporate, communities, Board meetings, sales presentations, etc.

Additional Information:
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify People Operations immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:
• Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
• Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
• Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
• Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions.
