Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team of 10–14 direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the execution of sales strategies, including field activities, training, and ride-alongs with liaisons to referral sources.
- Run reports from the CRM system and utilize data to optimize team performance and referral outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources within a 50-mile radius of the hospital.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to align business development goals with overall organizational objectives.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and highly motivated team culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience managing a sales team.
- Strong sales experience, with a proven track record of success in business development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Inpatient rehabilitation or healthcare experience strongly preferred. (Candidates with pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience will only be considered if paired with relevant healthcare experience.)
- Clinical license is a plus but not required.
