Key Responsibilities of the Business Development and Customer Service Representative:
- Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships: Work closely with team members, customers, and clients to ensure smooth customer acquisition, maximize productivity, and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Present to potential customers: Deliver compelling presentations about our clients’ products, services, and current sales promotions to drive revenue growth.
- Learn from senior account managers: Engage in detailed note-taking to observe and learn best practices from experienced account managers.
- Communicate effectively: Collaborate confidently with the sales team and account managers to initiate new campaign discussions and convey key business messages.
