We have an immediate need for men and women to work in our Customer Assistance Center / Internet Sales Dept. Must have sales experience.
The Beach Automotive internet sales center manages all incoming and outgoing sales calls, responds to Internet inquiries, operates our Live Chat website feature, makes customer satisfaction calls and completes various database marketing initiatives. We also handle customer concerns/complaints until they are resolved and we assist in the support and training of our Sales Force.
It is a fast paced, hi-tech job and we have a lot of fun doing it!
The ideal person will be an energetic, outgoing person with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to earn a great living. Typing skills, a comfort level with the internet and Microsoft Office skills are a must. You will need to be able to multi-task, follow guidelines and have a good phone voice. If you find yourself possessing all or most of these things, and you like to smile a lot, you may be our guy or gal.
This is a 40 hour a week job with a good hourly wage and appealing bonuses, recognition and rewards programs.

- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve

- Valid driver’s license
